Jefry Pratama is actively involved in Indonesia startup ecosystem since 2017 as silent Observer and up to now as Founder, Initiator two startup communities, Speaker, Consultant, Event Organizer, and Host at several startup events. Jefry Pratama is digital startup ecosystem builder who founded Indonesia Tourism Tech Association in Juli 2018, as the first Tourism Technology (Tourism Tech) startup community in Indonesia and He Helped to grow Indonesia Startup Founder as the most diversified Startup Community Consist of 8 different Segment and 6 different cities all across Indonesia http://www.startupfounder.id/.

He also founded Infinity Digital Startup and Innovation consultant who are helped Startup Founder Scale their business by helping finding appropriate Investors, Providing technical advise to developed right IT Program, Help Startup to Market their services/product to right partners and helping to Train/Coach Startup Founders. He helped many corporate client like wesolve Indonesia, UMG Myanmar Business Conglomerate, Astra Toyota Etc to understand Indonesia Startup Ecosystem and manage collaboration between corporates and startups to gain business sustainability.

In the mean time, he also mentored and coached 100+ university students in Kalbis Institute to start and grow their business. He also taught business courses such as Series of Entrepreneurship Courses and Innovation Management

Right now, He helped UMG Idealab, Corporate Venture Capital based on Myanmar who owned by Indonesia Citizen. UMG Idealab has Invested In 50 Startups in 5 Countries and half of the portfolio located in Indonesia. He Helped UMG Idealab as Associate Partner and Special Advisor of the Founders.

He had 5+ Years of Corporate Experiences in area of Human Capital Management, Business Process Simplification using Lean Six Sigma Concept, Continuous Improvement Initiatives, Customer Relationship Management etc. He started his career up until now By participated in Management Traine Program in one of CT Corp Business Unit (Mega Insurance) and since then he was trained and coached by senior management to prepared to be Future Leader of the Company.  He also responsible for forming new section under HRD Department “Learning and Development Unit” in Mega Insurance.
